Connecticut Dog Bite Lawyer Tim O’Keefe has filed a lawsuit on behalf of the family of a Danielson boy who was attacked in his neighborhood by a roving dog.  “This was an incredibly frightening experience for this young boy.  He suffered a lot of pain from the attack and had to receive emergency and follow up medical care.  We have shown a willingness to try to negotiate with the dog owner’s insurance carrier but they have been completely non-responsive.  Accordingly, we have now filed a formal lawsuit.  We will seek a recovery of full damages for this young boy’s injuries.”  Tim O’Keefe
